A gigantic size.

A lovely robe and super quality but I had to return it due to its size. I’m a standard size 16 and 5,10. I went for the XL which is 16 and up as I thought I’m at the bottom of the size range but I am tall so it should be fine.
Wow, it drowned me, the overlap was massive and the arms were way over my hands. The size down states it’s good for a 10-14, so didn’t know what to do so returned it.
I definitely think they are missing a trick doing a middle size. I want a generous robe but this was just crazy. Will the size down fit me, probably not as it’s designed for people who are size 10 -14 and you pay for returns so not risking it.

Sizes of S, M, L, XL would be way better and much more accurate for customers. Easier for them to offer only 2 sizes though I presume.

I’m very disappointed as it’s been on my list of things to get for ages 😞

How is my order packaged?

We package each order as though it is a gift, because whether you are treating a loved one or yourself we want it to feel special. Everything is hand-wrapped with care and sent with love from Edinburgh.

We are environmentally conscious and will wrap up multiple items together to save on paper and packaging. If you would like your products individually packaged please purchase them in separate orders. Customers can also choose to create a gift box, which will be packaged in a Luxury TBCo Gift Box for an additional cost. Please note, depending on items in your order our team may need to upgrade your gift box to a larger alternative design.

Our products are well protected and ready to be gifted with no receipt or invoices in the packaging, so you can have them sent straight to the recipient's door!
